Everyone is very knowledgeable and ready to help you make an informed purchase and in my case patient enough to take the time to go through multiple design iterations to get your custom pieces made just the way you imagine them. For instance, my wife had a very specific way that she wanted her wedding band to fit into her engagement ring. It took a few tries but we're thankful for everyone at Klass because she couldn't be happier with it.
