I definitely would not recommend Nicelys going forward. In the beginning of September 2025 I had reached out to Nicelys about my washing machine having multiple issues and needed someone to check it out for me. Visit 1 & 2 they came evaluated for 10 minutes and said it was just the washer latch, they came back another day and changed it and the washer was still not working. Visit 3 & 4 & 5 washer electric board. They changed the washer electric board but they had warned me it might not be the new electric board it might be one that was used that there might have been an item switch up with a box at their site etc etc which I understood. The board ended up being an used board so they had to come out again and switch it out with the new electric board, but I want to emphasize I continuously made sure to communicate that this washer most likely has multiple issues not just the one or two issues and why are they not checking for more issues because its starting too add up alot of money. At this point I believe I was already up to 1000 dollars deep in new parts, and labor. 1000 dollars you would think your machine would work or something because you could have just bought a new one at this point. I emphasized this to their customer service and they basically told me "most people want to keep their old washers" okay well not all people do, if they would have checked my machine from the beginning with all the issues I had informed it had and they actually did their jobs and checked we probably would have stopped at the evaluation and I would have just bought a new one. At this point I requested for a new person to check out my machine. Visit 6 & 7 and now we are in October. After they finally took what I said into consideration they evaluated my machine they informed me it has 6+ things it needs for it to work. This was going to cost another 800-1000 dollars. So at this point I have already put in 1000 dollars might as well just get it done and over with because it is cheaper to keep it at this point then get a new one. Visit 8 & 9+ they came to do repairs and now there was issues with my washer valves which was valid. So now I have to get schneller knochelmann plumbing heating & air to come change those valves so a whole new expense but on that part I can clearly see it had to be fixed. I digress so 2 months to a little over 2 months everything is done and my machine works. 5 months later, my machine is now doing the same thing, my clothes are still drenched in water, the washer keeps leaving my clothes full of detergent, I have to rewash everything 3-4 times to get it to wash it clearly. I called Nicelys and now they want to charge me again to send someone out to check my washer. Their customer service reps was very rude and let me know its been half a year, no sweetie it was 5 months and had this condescending way she was speaking back to me. With the whole experience I never yelled pointed fingers I always was straight up and honest and collected because I legit dropped 2000 dollars on a washing machine that 5 months later im having issues with again! You would think after 2000 dollars of repairs the machine would be working for years! And this customer service rep made it sound like its GE fault or anyone else and they would have to charge me again to have someone take a look. If they consider this good work on their part, good treatment of a customer I would say NO. I have actually used Nicelys for multiple things like me DRYER (the technician came 1 time and advised me it would be best to just get a new one), garbage disposal, water pump, multiple things, but they for sure lost a customer. I have all the reciepts and time lines if they want to come back at say im a crazy or a difficult customer but aint no way this could be made up. I should have just bough a new washer with warranty for 2-3 years and had had no issues. I would never recommed Nicelys. I understand companies have policies, but when it comes to expense of having your customers go through that much is truly unprofessional.
