Motch Jewelers

I am a local jeweler and neighbor of motch as I live off off Pike. I stopped in after work, I was looking for a few gold chains and wanted to see what they had for loose stones. It was well before they closed for the day. As soon as I walked in the women at the counter picked up the phone and stated quite loudly " we gotta lock the doors" . Quite unprofessional as I was prepared to spend quite a bit of money. As they obviously don't want it, I'll take my business elsewhere.

My husband went to Motch Jewelers to have my engagement ring designed and I have never received so many compliments! We made the stupid decision to try a big store from the radio for my wedding band and we didn’t receive the kind of personal attention there that we did at Motch’s-not to mention that the big store cost 4x as much as Motch’s. When we called Motch’s and told them about how awfully we were treated at the other store, they immediately ordered the matching band for my ring. I highly recommend Motch for repairs, unique selection of jewelry, and personalized customer service. They are top notch! Because my ring size is very large, I have had many experiences with ring sizing, and once I came here, I never looked back. They recently sized and repaired a family heirloom ring for me, and I can finally wear it and think of my Grandma every time I do. Thank you for the care and expertise throughout the entire process!
