Austin and his team, (I believe Jeremy and Cory were their names) were responsible for our cleanup for water damage. The guys went above and beyond my expectations for the work performed. Very courteous and professional for being in someone’s home, and meticulous on how it was left until the next portion of the project was finished. If the unexpected happens in your home, do not be afraid to have Hays and Sons come and help you get fixed back up. Highly recommend!!

Hays and Sons did the repairs and renovation of my bathroom after I experienced water damage. They were prompt, prepared, and professional from start to finish. They are to be commended for their outstanding staff, in particular the work crew including Austin, Jared, Justin, Shawn, and Brent. They showed up on time, worked hard, did excellent work, and left everything in pristine condition. Also, Lindsey in the front office answered my questions, kept the job moving forward, and made communication smooth and easy.

We had a slight mold problem resulting from a ridge vent not being reinstalled when we got a new roof. The estimate and estimator was prompt and very professional, he outlined exactly what he thought we should do and also explained contingencies if it might need more work than estimated. The crew that did the work were very polite and nice, and again very professional. Project was done about two weeks later. We did have a couple of things that needed touching up, they came back out within a day to look, the next day they were here and took care of it to 100% satisfaction. It still looks great, very good experience, would easily recommend to neighbors and friends.
