Stopped at this location in a pinch for some cigars. Was met by an awesome gentleman named Howard. He pointed me in the right direction, signed me up for some loyalty points and also informed me the 12th street location had a walk in humidor. Howard was super helpful, while he managed the counter and drive thru like a beast. Would highly recommend going to check him out for your tobacco needs.
Didn’t even know this little place was here. Guy that helped me was super super nice. He was even told me how to get discounts from their store. Highly recommend. They had my target stoppers too and they’re hard to find.
Wonderful place to go in and drive thru. But inside there is so much to see. A lot of the clothes are made in India (really good tye dye) and decent prices. So much more. All the staff make you feel great and welcome!!
Howard is the main reason I stop at this location. He's so kind, cares about his customers, treats us like family. My kids adore seeing and talking to him. He always has a smile and is the best employee there, hands down!
Close to home, I can walk there in 5 minutes. Love most of the staff, lady by the name of Candace has to be one of the rudest, stone faced people I know working with the public. She greets you with no smile, doesn't ask what you need, just stares at you until you tell her what you want. She acts like I am interrupting her precious time. No thank you after the transaction is complete. How this rude lady holds her job working with the public is beyond me. Now that I have figured out what vehicle she drives, I go elsewhere to shop when I know she is working. Would give 5 stars if this miserable person didn't work there. If you hate working with the public as it appears you do, go get a job where you have no contact with the public.
