I am new to the area, and was very much pleased when I walked inside store. So many beautiful items, and fair prices on those. I also had few lil questions over few other pieces I had brought in and Mason was very knowledgeable and friendly and answered everything 😊....I will b going back,,(some earrings that are calling my name,lol) ..very much recommend and I cant wait to go back myaelf. 💚 💜
So my first impression was a phone call. I called in to see if I could get my eyeglasses repaired and was told he was too busy to go and look up my model number to ensure I didn't have to come into the store and waste my time or his time. Lost a customer before you even had one. Terrible customer service.
They were able to fix a ring and two watches for me very quickly. The price was also very reasonable compared to chain stores such as Kay’s. I’ll definitely be using them in the future for all my jewelry needs.
