Fox Appliance Repair

We had a 2 1/2 year old LG dishwasher. I called numerous appliance services and none of them wanted to work on an LG dishwasher. I found out that it is probably the most difficult one to work on. When I called Fox, Sergi answered the phone and said yes that he does work on this dishwasher and, he, surprisingly, said that he could come and see me today and work it in. He was prompt. He called before he arrived. He was very courteous and got right to the job at hand. In roughly a half hour to 45 minutes he had the dishwasher repaired and it was what we suspected. It was a faulty install by the builder. I felt that the charge for his coming to our home and repairing was extremely fair. I would highly recommend this particular technician and this company. Excellent work. I am a pleased customer. I will definitely recommend them to others.

Refrigerator was not cooling (we had temporarily fixed it by defrosting, but several days later it was back to not cooling so we knew we had to bring in the professionals). It was around Christmas and we called a few places but no one was answering the phone, but we were able to schedule an appointment online with Fox Appliance. Sergey arrived during the indicated timeframe, diagnosed the issue, and was very courteous and thorough in explaining the technical details and the necessary repair. Alex was able to procure the parts and return later the same day to complete the repair. Both men were very polite and friendly and the refrigerator is now successfully cooling again. Cost was very reasonable and we are glad we didn't have to buy a new refrigerator. Thank you!
