Really great guy who is great at what he does. I took in a sewing machine and a part of ordered online. He put the part on while I waited and didn’t charge me a cent. I also brought a vacuum cleaner that was having issues the same trip. He checked it and had an answer for me in minutes. Really great customer service. Friendly nice guy and his prices are great, though I didn’t pay anything.

Mr. Mann was friendly, prompt in service and reasonably priced. I took in 4 pair of scissors for sharpening, They were sharpened o.k. BUT the ends of the blades that were pointed when I took them in were square off when I picked them up. Pointed scissors are essential in doing wool applique so it will be necessary for me to purchase a new pair of scissors.

Deb did a wonderful job with my alteration requests! I brought them in before a vacation and she completed 4 items in under a week! You can definitely tell she’s been working in the industry for a long time, her craftsmanship is amazing.
