Mike Mooney was excellent. He listened to my description of the issue, asked appropriate questions. Afterwards, I showed him the location of the furnace and he began his diagnostic testing to determine the best course of action to begin the repair of the device. Upon discovering the issues, he provided me with the cost of the repair with additional issues he found during his diagnostic testing. He informed me of all ithe isues and my wife and I determined that purchasing a replacement furnace would be the best option in our case. As we had no heat, Mike offered to return to his company location and provide us with space heaters until our furnace is replaced. Mike was an exceptionally professional service technician, knowledgeable and a great.communicator which helped us to feel confident in him. Thank you Mike Mooney for all of your help. It was indeed a pleasure to make your acquaintance.

We had a great experience with Andrew Herman from G.F. Bowman. Andrew was extremely respectful, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. Even our dog loved him — which says a lot! They helped us move our AC unit and a floor radiator so we could install a new sliding glass door, and the work was done carefully and efficiently. The service was friendly, and everything was clearly explained along the way. We were especially impressed that the boss, Brad Bowman, personally stopped by to make sure we were completely satisfied. That level of customer care really stood out. Overall, the service was outstanding. We would absolutely recommend G.F. Bowman to our friends, family, and neighbors without hesitation.

Tim and Rick were above board. They knew their stuff they very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything to me and my fiancé and they did excellent work. They left the place clean and they are friendly. These two guys in particular are great at what they do and they are a pleasure to be around.

I had a furnace replaced by this company in April 2024, and despite being less than two years old, it has already had multiple blower-related issues. Most recently, our home temperature dropped below 60 degrees. With a 2-year-old and a 7-year-old in the house, this is obviously a serious concern. I called for after-hours service, agreed to the $200 after-hours fee and the $89 dispatch fee because we needed heat restored quickly. The dispatch team was polite and communicated well initially. However, the experience completely fell apart once the technician called. I was told that because it was a Saturday and he lives 45 minutes away, he might not be able to make it out that day. He blamed the delay on snow—despite the fact that less than an inch fell overnight in my area, and under 2 inches where he lives in Lebanon. My elderly parents live there and confirmed the roads were completely fine. I made the service call at noon, paid premium emergency fees, and was still left unsure whether anyone would even show up—while my house remained dangerously cold for young children. Charging emergency rates but not being able to reliably provide emergency service is unacceptable, especially for a furnace they installed themselves less than two years ago. This situation was extremely frustrating and disappointing, and I would not recommend this company based on reliability or accountability.

Darien from G.F. Bowman provided excellent service during our annual maintenance visit. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to ensure everything was operating properly and answered my questions clearly. He even took a bunch of pictures and included them in my emailed receipt. Overall, a great experience and a job well done. Highly recommend.
