Shank Door

I hired Shank to replace my broken garage door opener. There was a mishap today with installation as I took the day off to be here and was inadvertently not on their schedule. I called and spoke to the sales manger named Amos and he worked hard to get someone to say yes to installing on a Friday afternoon, and upgraded the opener for me due to the scheduling mistake. The two who installed were polite and professional, and I am relieved not to have to take another day off work. This was really great customer service!

We used Shank Door to purchase and install new garage doors for our home. Jim was very helpful in aiding us in our selection of doors and in placing the order. Joe and Liam did a great job installing the doors and openers and made sure I knew how everything worked before they left. Our new doors look great, provide more insulation, and are so much more quiet than our old doors. So far we are very happy with the result.
