Legacy Comfort Systems was a pleasure to work with. Jason was very knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted in a HVAC system. He took the time to make sure that I was getting a properly sized unit. The system was reasonably priced compared to other units of the same features. After installation of the system Jason went over the system with me, especially the smart thermostat. The job was done professionally and was cleaned up after. I was provided with spare air filters and humidifier pads. Jason was quick and efficient in getting me the paperwork needed for the energy rebates. I would highly recommend using Legacy Comfort Systems for any needed HVAC work. Update: In February I noticed some water on the basement floor coming from the HVAC unit. I emailed Jason on a Sunday and shortly received a reply from him. I was told to shut off the Humdifier unit. This stopped the water issue. Since the heat was working I talked to Jason about coming out on Tuesday. Jason fixed the problem by putting a trap in the Humidifiers drain line. This prevented air and water from being drawn back into the Air Handler when the variable blower motor went into high speed. As an extra precaution Jason added a water sensor that would shut down the Humidifier if water was to get on the basement floor. This was all done at no charge.
