We had the pleasure of meeting Alex. He took care of our beehive issue. He was very fast and very professional. He knew so much about bees and thankfully taught me a few new things. He's definitely an asset to the team in my opinion. Akita Pest Control was recommended to us by a friend. And I'm so glad she did. I will be recommending them to anyone in need of pest control.

We called Akita because we saw two mice in our home over the past couple of days. Working with the company was great, and Alex, who came to our house, was fabulous. He answered so many questions, and allayed my fears (believe me, there were many). We are so happy we found Akita and Alex.

Alex took care of a football sized yellow jacket nest in the unfinished attic of our laundry room. We weren’t sure where they were coming from but he found it in minutes. He also saw 2 paper wasp nests under our rear deck and dealt with those as well. Polite, friendly, thorough and quick! Thank you Alex and Akita.

Alex is my usual technician for our quarterly maintenance and he is always friendly and professional. When I have questions about anything, he shares his knowledge patiently and is willing to listen when I express concerns. He knows a lot about bugs and how to get rid of them! Very happy customer.
