We have used this company several times over the past year. I am extremely picky with work quality as well as customer service. Derek and his team do not disappoint. They go above and beyond to appease their customers, their prices are extremely reasonable and their work quality is superior. I feel like I hit the jack pot finding these guys!
Through every step of the process they were incredibly helpful, and professional. They are very friendly, and the work they did was immaculate, compared to what they were presented with. With the cleanup, they went above and beyond. Customer service was out of this world. They will certainly be the first we call next time we need a service they can provide!
My cousin referred me to All American after my garbage disposal kicked back a nice flow of water and food in my laundry room. Derek called first thing in the morning and was at my house late afternoon. Took him less than three hours to get a nasty clog cleaned out from the basement to the street. Super happy with the price considering all he went through. Came prepared with snakes, camera and everything else, including a face mask. Derek even took a few extra minutes to unlevel my sink drain so that would help with draining. Service was definitely outstanding and didn't feel bad parting with the money from an unplanned home expense. Thanks All American! You're in my speed dial!
