My experience with this company is excellent! Larry came to clean my Furnance in November 2025, then I had a leak in the basement . I have an oil/ boiler pipe. With the sub zero temps of this winter, my pipe in the bedroom froze and burst. He did everything he could to help me keep heat in the main living area. He has a great deal of knowledge and experience to help you! He is a great employee. I would recommend this company to ANYONE in the area that needs regular or emergency service.on their heat/cooling or plumbing in their home

Last week my furnace stopped working sometime in the early evening. I thought if I went to a YouTube video, I could DIY, but before long I realized my furnace problems were way over my head. Since I have a gas fireplace, I waited til the next morning to call for a HVAC company and I wasn’t in dire straits right at that time. I talked to my sister who coincidentally had her furnace break down a few days earlier. Without hesitation, she said “call Buffington”. I called Buffington’s the next morning and within an hour or so, they were at my house. They worked on my furnace for a while and diagnosed it as needing a circuit board and another part. They picked up both parts and had my furnace running like new; all within a few hours. Without a doubt I would highly recommend Buffington for any HVAC problems you might have. They were both professional and efficient during my furnace repair. In addition, they were very personable which made me feel like I was in good hands and the cost was very reasonable. I’m sure at some time in the future (hopefully the very distant future) I will have a need for HVAC services again. I will definitely call Buffington. You will not regret contacting them.

We had a ductless system installed in 2011 and have been very satisfied with the system and the wonderful, personal service from WM Buffington. We had the annual cleaning and inspection done recently, and customer service was amazing, Joanne is always so pleasant and keeps you up to date on any time changes. The service techs were friendly and thorough. In an AI world, it's so nice to find a company that still values people and great customer service.
