Garage door motor started smoking late Thursday evening. I called Weaver Door around noon on Friday and he said he could get me into his schedule the following week on Thursday since he had a busy schedule. I was unsure if I just wanted the motor fixed or a new door because of issues in the past and requested a quote for both. He gave me the price to replace the motor, which I thought was very reasonable. He was in constant communication with me and gave me an ETA on the day of the appointment. He told me that the door was actually in good shape and that it still has life in it. Fixed the motor and recommended that I had a bar installed to extend the life of the garage longer. Then I asked roughly the cost of a new door for my garage and he gave me a price range, which I thought was reasonable. Very professional and easy to talk to. When the time comes for a new garage door, I will be calling Weaver Door first (and for all future issues with my garage door).
