I called for them to come out to give me an estimate on chimney repair. They came out and said I would have an estimate in a week or two. It took them 6 weeks to get me an estimate. In that time I chose someone else to do the work. When I told them this they immediately sent me an invoice for a "site visit". Something that was never mentioned or asked for at any point in this process. I called and asked why they did this and they said "This is standard practice and everyone around here does this" I've lived here a long time and had many estimates and contractors do work on my house and I've never heard of this. There are many other people around here that do excellent work on pellet stoves, chimneys and fireplaces. I recommend you call someone else if you're looking for this kind of work.

First try for service the guy was 2 hours late and he needed a part. Next try I waited 2 hours and they didn’t show. Came back on a Saturday and they still didn’t know what they were doing. Said they were coming in on Monday and didn’t show. Good luck tracking them down.

If you are an owner of a wood stove who has ever experienced something going wrong in the middle of the heating season and have desperately tried with no luck to make contact with a certified company, then you certainly understand what it feels like to finally talk to someone knowledgable (who understands what it's like to be an overwhelmed new mom), who takes the time to listen to your concerns and works hard to provide help as quickly as possible. That was the experience I had today. Professional, compassionate, staff going above and beyond. I am so grateful. Thank you guys so much!
