Cocoplum Appliances

Refridgerator quit and 24 hrs later we figured it out after seeing liquid leaking out bottom, and frozen food defrosted and unusable, leaving me very unhappy!!! Desperately drove to Cocoplum in Brattleboro and thankfully Kristen quickly assessed our situation and requirements and offered a couple of choices one of which was perfect. She then set up quick delivery and install with old fridge removed. Nick and Zach "ace installers" arrived as promised, took out old fridge, installed the new one and answered all pertinent questions on operation. I'm a happy person once again and highly recommend Kristen and her team. Great people to work with:-)

I want to thank Cocoplum for their great service. For years I have been buying my appliances at Cocoplum, and been very happy. Recently, I bought a high quality washing machine. After a short time, the machine was making a squealing sound. The service team came, and they patiently explained what was going on. They realized it was a manufacturers defect, and they went the extra mile by immediately ordering a new one and install a loaner washing machine so I could finish my pile of laundry! Bravo to the great sales and service teams at Cocoplum!
