I’m not the best when it comes to buying things for my car… so I am very thankful to have a shop with honest employees, that are willing to help you out. They have the Ford recommended motorcraft filter, and motor craft 5W20 for Ford Econoline E 350! It's the only thing I use for my beastly van. Thank God they are here in Ketchikan Alaska.
Usually have good service with these guys and they almost always have the parts I need but sometimes it’s difficult to work with some of the workers. I don’t usually complain because if I usually have a problem it’s not with oreilys but lately I’ve ordered parts through them and have had them shipped to prince of Wales and they sometimes forget to call the airline so when I’m expecting parts they don’t show up when I need them and it sets me back a day or two or I have to pay extra to get them. Not terrible but could use improvement. The price match is nice though
