I recent switched from the big company that shall go unnamed. Dead River has been a breath of fresh air. Great customer service and better rates. Upon joining they did a safety inspection and taught me about how the system works. Make the change!
Love Dead River--great people and service. Wishlist for 2026: remote monitoring so I can see how much fuel I have left without having to be at the house and physically checking the gauge.
Yay for Dead River Oil! Kindest folks ever, I love everyone I talk to on the phone there, they are always super efficient and kind. Everyone there is super helpful and if I need assistance with anything they will be there right away. The technicians always answer all my questions and explain everything to me in a way I can understand, and they keep everything working in apple pie order. They’re great about deliveries too, always on time. Love this company! Awesome folks! ♥️
We bought a commercial building and are learning the ropes. Our heat wouldn't start on one of the 3 floors. Peter arrived and spent 45 minutes troubleshooting, learning and explaining the system to me. We definitely made him work going up and down the floors, inside and outside. He was so knowledgeable, humble, funny and patient. I learned so much and we got the heat going. It truly was one of the best service calls I have ever had. I had to call Dead River to compliment Peter and now do this review. Thanks so much!
