Horrible, rude, they hate their customers. I stopped to fuel, use restroom, update logs and check emails. Expected 20 min stop. I asked about restroom as I arrived at 20:30 and was told it was closed. I pulled around out of the way to do logs and Emails 1st before I pull to the pump because didn't want to needlessly block it. I was there maybe 4 mins (in the drivers seat whole time) when attendant walked up and said "no parking." I said I wasn't parking and I was just checking a few things. This is probably one of the only gas stations with a fuel stop in Brattleboro that will take an Esso CENOVUS card small not much but if you’re on your last drop of fuel, this place is a lifesaver, and the woman that I dealt with was amazingly patient with all my questions. They are not open 24 hours but 5 AM. Someone is there. Not sure what time they close.

I’m really tryna give it zero starts is a truck stop I filled up my tank and ask to use the microwave… this rude as person was like absolutely NOT I didn’t even believe it …I dnt know if he knows truckers we warm our food at the truck stops he looking down on me he didn’t know I own my own company im not homeless stopping to randomly ask for microwave… all trucks stops be having microwave I’ll never come back here I wont not recommend coming here 02/12/2025 at 5pm

Don’t turn into this station!! If I could give a negative or zero star, I would do it! My bf just pulled over to this gas station the a staff there just came to our car and force us to leave. We didn’t even park or leave the car. Our car didn’t block any entrances or any pumps. He was so rude unreasonable. Please consider to let him go from his position asap. It’s honestly shocking to see how lack of basic human being could be at a service business.

Employees are incredibly rude. I stopped to purchase a phone charger and didn’t want to take up a spot at a pump so I parked to the right of the building. The only other available parking spot was a handicapped spot. There was no signage to indicate that I was not supposed to park there. An employee ran out and knocked on my window within a few seconds and rudely told me I couldn’t park there because it was employee parking. I said “sorry, I didn’t see any sign and didn’t want to park in the handicapped spot or take up a pump, I was going to come in to buy a charger” The employee said they could move one of the cars from the other spots and...
