The FIX IT Appliance Technicians were awesome! Very knowledgeable. Very courteous and respectful of our concerns. Took care of the issue with the installation of the new ice maker. They were in & out in a short period of time as they remedied our issue.
I contacted LG for a warranty repair for my refrigerator. The contracted Fix It Appliance for the job. They called right away to verify the issue and check on availability of the parts needed. The lady on the phone was polite and helpful. They came out the very next day, which was a Saturday. The techs Wisam and Zach were extremely polite and professional and had the issue fixed in ten minutes. I will be using this company again for any appliance repair.
Fix It Appliance Service did an awesome job! They were able to fix the problem quickly and without any issues. The technicians were friendly, courteous, and very respectful of our home. Called several repair services who either did not service LG washers or did not have two technicians to undo my stacked washer and dryer. Called Fix It and was able to schedule a visit. Woman on the phone was very cordial and knowledgeable. Mozzi came out at the appointed time and said the cost to repair my washer was close to replacing it. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Would definitely call them in the future.
