Huge thanks to Vlad for the appliance repair. He came to Parma and fixed both our oven and dryer in one visit. Everything was done quickly, honestly, and without any upselling. You can tell right away he knows what he’s doing. Very professional, clean work, explains things clearly, and leaves everything neat. We’re very happy with the service and will definitely call him again. Vlad is truly one of the best technicians we’ve worked with.

I am so grateful for Vlad! He is prompt, kind, courteous, and knows what he’s doing. He came to our home on the same day we called to fix our fridge. Within a half hour from the time he arrived, my husband called me and said the issue was diagnosed and being fixed. We were having to add buckets of ice to our fridge to keep the temperature down and couldn’t get it below 50°. The ice bucket has FINALLY been removed and the fridge is working perfectly. By far the best service I have ever received! My dryer stopped drying my clothes. I called Appliance Repair and Vlad made time to come check it out within a few hours. He took it apart and was very informative on what the issue was and explained everything thoroughly. Because my dryer was a little older, he had to order parts. He called the very next evening and asked if I wanted it done because the parts came in and I was like heck yeah. He knew it was a necessity for me having 2 dogs and children. My dryer started making a loud clunking noise and i called Appliance Repair Parma, they were able to get me scheduled the very next morning. Vlad came in and did a fantastic job. Was very quick and efficient and explained everything to me. Great response time and very respectful. Highly recommend!
