After removing the fireplace glass, it was immediately apparent that Dalton knew how to work on gas fireplace burner systems. He promptly fixed a burner low flame issue that a previous fireplace technician (from a different company) had failed to fix and would've been very expensive to fix had I pursued his advice on follow-up action. Dalton also thoroughly cleaned the fireplace box and made some adjustments to the burner valves. Now the fireplace flame is better than ever. So thrilled with Dalton the Fireplace Whisperer!! I was told by another fireplace technician that my gas fireplace was not repairable and that it would have to be replaced at great cost. I called Dalton to see about a quote on a new one and he told me that he believed my fireplace could be repaired. He scheduled a service call to my house within a week, arrived promptly on time and quickly had my issue addressed. He protected my hardwood floors while he was working and completely cleaned up the space when he was done. He had all of the parts needed in stock on his truck and provided me with a detailed invoice at the end of the job. He even replaced the embers that had stopped glowing over time.
