We woke up to find our furnace not working. We called Hill's Heating & A/C. The office staff was incredibly helpful and courteous as they tried some over the phone trouble shooting for us. Our technician, RJ, was at our home within hours. RJ was quick and efficient with his diagnosis and had the repair done before we knew it. RJ was courteous and knowledgeable. Thanks so much to the Hill Team!!! Y'all are fantastic!!!
Furance wasn’t turning on. Alex came out and cleaned the burner in 30 mins. Now i have heat again!! $135 not a bad price.
We have had fireplace logs that stoped working. We called several companies that were unavailable, didn’t call back, or never showed up. Hills answered the phone(!), made an appointment for that afternoon. The technician, Jeff was great. Fixed the problem and went the extra mile to make sure the logs were set up correctly. Hill was actually recommended by another company I had called but didn’t work with gas logs. I would recommend them and give them a 5 out of 5!
Kyle came right out during a snowstorm & had our furnace fixed within 15 minutes! We couldn't have asked for better service and will definitely call him with any future issues. Thank you again for saving our Christmas weekend!!
Had a fireplace log set installed. Very competent in installation. Only minus…the Technicians did not restart the boiler or water heater after shutting off the main gas valve.
