My computer had been making so much for noise for over a month and it just kept getting worse. I brought it in to Matt at the Canandaigua location and he diagnosed and repaired it, and I had it back within hours! Thanks very much for providing such incredible service!
Took my desktop computer to Matt at the PC and wireless shop in canandaigua because it had gotten very slow and finally would not boot up anymore. I had this computer built brand new buy the same shop back in 2012. Matt was very good getting me estimates an ultimately repaired my original machine with new OS and it works great. Just had he best experience at Net360 Computers! My laptop would not unmute despite trying everything I could. I took it to Net360 and in the hour or so it took me to run home and get the power cord, Sam had fixed it! He deleted the corrupt sound driver and reinstalled it and did some additional clean up work which I know it needed. The price was very reasonable. I now have a computer repair shop that I highly recommend.
I have used Net 360 for probably over a decade for home computer optimization, cleanup, and recovery. Have always been very pleased with their work and ability to fix my computer problems. Just today, I accidentally deleted a graphics project I had been working on for months and Matt from Canandaigua was able to remotely access, locate, and restore my file in minutes. Saved my life! I have only the highest praise for Ryan at the Fairport location of Net 360. It was basically time for a new laptop and I was dreading the process of transitioning to a new computer because technology is not my domain. My brother recommended going to a small computer shop rather than a large retail store. From my very first visit, Ryan was knowledgeable, helpful, patient and generous with his time. He listened to my concerns and made suggestions that addressed my needs perfectly. During the several days that it took me to settle on just the right laptop, Ryan was always available by phone and was happy to think through the options with me. When I brought both computers (old and new) in for the transfer of data, he got the job done within a matter of hours so I was not without a computer for more than a day. The next day after I received my computer, Ryan spent a generous amount of time with me on the phone, problem solving a few final details. Again, he was extremely generous with his time and expertise. I cannot say enough good things about Ryan. I have already recommended him to my friends and family. He truly went above and beyond with his help and time. And so, this process ended up being positive and successful, thanks to Ryan.
