Countryside Stove & Chimney of CNY

I was afraid the fireplace insert would be too small for the wall it would be on. We were assured we would be happy with the finished product. We LOVE the unit and regret not doing this project years earlier. Installers were knowledgeable and adequately demonstrated use of the remote before leaving the house. You will not be disappointed with this company.

We had our pellet stove installed by this business a few years ago. We recently had a few issues and when we called, had to leave voicemails which is fine but our calls were never returned! The only way we were able to actually speak with someone was to call back! When we finally spoke with someone, we had to wait over a month( not using our stove) before anyone could come! The man who came was very polite and took his time to thoroughly clean the stove and the pipes. I did inform him of the terrible grinding noise it was making and even played a video of it.
