Called them in late October. It’s now the end of January and nothing has been fixed despite six visits. The employees and management are incompetent. They repeatedly showed up with the wrong parts ordered and would come on different days/times than they said. I was invoiced $40 for a part and then later $170 for the exact same part. I called them out on it exposing their unethical behavior. The technician, who is a nice guy, admitted himself he was not familiar with my equipment and spent most of the visit (about 80% of the time) on the phone with the manufacturer, yet the company still attempted to bill me for that time. On one visit, they filled my house with a strong gas/burning chemical smell, said there was no concern, and left. I had to call someone in the fire department and remove my family from the house overnight. Days later, instead of checking on safety, they sent another invoice—even though NOTHING has been repaired and we are still in the same position as we were when we first called in October. I have never written a review before, but people should be warned. We unfortunately paid the first visit and won't see that money back. It has been 2 weeks since I have heard from them and their last visit (nothing was fixed again) If you do hire them, do NOT pay them anything until the job is fully completed.
