United Heating and Cooling came to my rescue when my furnace stopped working and the temp was in the 20's Rick and Chris responded right away came first thing the next morning. They fixed it, had the part in the truck and developed a reasonable plan for me when I was ready to replace my 40 year old furnace. No pressure, just treated me like family.
I had my furnace replaced by United last month and was very satisfied. The price was fair and the service was excellent. Chris even went out of his way to repair my humidifier and drain at no extra charge. I would definitely recommend United and will be using them in the future. Tom
