This is the most disappointing service I've had in the area. They charge a dispatch fee, when they show up they tell you it's another few hundred to diagnose, then it's an exorbitant flat fee regardless of whether it's 10 minutes or not, then they asked for five times the regular cost for a part. I know businesses have to survive, but this is taking advantage of people.
Very happy with the service I have received from these folks! They came out last winter on short notice to restore power to my furnace. RJ is great! This spring I had him take care of my old Knob and tube, great communication, thorough and fairly priced. No surprises! Highly recommend this company for your electrical needs!
I am still blown away at the ridiculous estimate I got. They must have a $750 per man hour charge. One day project is $9500 with at most $500 in materials. I will never recommend them in fact, I will make sure everyone knows not to waste their time.
Generally speaking, I do not rate/review companies, but this time I want share my experience: Easthampton Electric staff who was very professional, friendly and helpful. They did the 10 point inspection, they gave me an estimate which was reasonable, after I agreed with it, they completed their electrical work, and they made sure that I was satisfied with their service before leaving. I have to say that Their service is exemplary. Thank you R Jay & Carl for exceptional service. I will highly recommend.
