Hello, I normally don’t leave reviews, but I truly felt the need to share my gratitude. I purchased a new build in Springfield, and last year I was having propane delivered twice a month. It was overwhelming, and while I tried to stay on top of payments, heat is a necessity—especially with how cold it gets here. This year has been even more difficult keeping up with both payments and deliveries. That said, I want to give a special shout-out to D in the office. Another woman also assisted me and was very helpful, but D truly stood out. I explained the issues I was having and why it was so hard to keep up with payments. They advised me of assistance programs that could help, but D went a step further. She arranged for someone to come out and check the tanks. The gentleman who came did the assessment and also took the time to explain that I needed to reach out to the contractors regarding my system. D worked closely with me, showed genuine sympathy, and didn’t treat me like someone who just needed to “pay and move on.” She took the time to understand my situation, spoke with management, and together we came up with a plan that was beneficial for both the company and myself. Honestly, because she went above and beyond to help me, this company will be my first priority whenever I make payments, and I’m committed to finding a way to stay up to date.
