This review is really quite long overdue. We just had another pellet stove recently installed. In short, we have not been an easy customer/situation at all. When had the first stove installed, no one had any way of knowing what the unique conditions of our region would do to a pellet stove! Through no one's fault at McKenney, the weather and extreme winds here kept creating multiple challenges. Most organizations would have just said, "Well, the sale is done. Good luck!" But time after time and issue after issue, McKenney came through and found solutions for each problem. It was a learning curve for all of us, but we got it down now. Both stoves are working great. All the staff members have been fantastic--helpful and very knowledgeable about everything in their field. Thanks so much for all your great service and support!
