I went in to get an opinion on a fireplace insert, and they took the time to meet with me for over 45 minutes to talk through the options. I was appreciative of their up front and honest advice and impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. Their showroom had many different designs and the help given was consultative, with my best interest in mind. Would strongly recommend, excellent customer service!!!!!

This review is really quite long overdue. We just had another pellet stove recently installed. In short, we have not been an easy customer/situation at all. When had the first stove installed, no one had any way of knowing what the unique conditions of our region would do to a pellet stove! Through no one's fault at McKenney, the weather and extreme winds here kept creating multiple challenges. Most organizations would have just said, "Well, the sale is done. Good luck!"
