John Douglas was great! An expert who’s committed to providing the highest level of service. I’d use him again for any work I need doing. This was a challenging installation but he got it done on time. Now that’s A+ service!!

A Plus HVAC is simply the best.Spencer was very thorough in trying to diagnose the furnace problem to explaining the complex problem and possible solutions.He spent alot of time trying to solve the problem and on a holiday. Jeff from sales was wonderfull, explained everything, and made sure I got the right size furnace, quickly. John Douglas, the installer was fabulous. Thorough, professional and very knowledgable. It was a somewhat tricky install and he went above and beyond. And finally Tyler the electrician, he not only worked on the furnace but fixed a broken light in the furnac area. Just a top notch team!!!!

I called Vlad and he responded very quickly. He evaluated our existing furnace and made recommendations to fix or replace our 37 year old furnace giving us quotes for either option. My husband and I needed time to discuss the options and decided on a new furnace. Vlad ordered the furnace and installed it yesterday… the whole process of my initial phone call and installation was less than 2 weeks. I was very impressed with A Plus Heating. Not only was Vlad prompt, he made sure we still had heat in the house. I would highly recommend A Plus Heating.

The sales process was smooth, and edit to 5 stars is plausible after the work is performed. Edit post work - Jeff was great! Handled the job like a pro and I've set up a new appointment for additional work. Electrical work complete. Tyler was a professional and did an awesome job, along with Ali, the job was completed in a timely fashion, and within a good price point. We couldn't be happier. Thanks A-plus!

Have had issues with my furnace for a while. I called and spoke to Brendon who was great and had a technician come out as soon as possible. The technician Spencer was extremely knowledgeable and thorough and spent the time diagnosing and then fixing the problem. I will recommend them to everyone I meet. I also signed up for their service plan for additional piece of mind.
