Dynamic Heating & Cooling

Unacceptable service! Went through home warranty. They never called to confirm an appointment. Randomly called each day and couldn’t work any times out with me. Never scheduled an appointment even when I asked. They finally showed up later in the week; at a time I was available. It 4:30 in the afternoon.. never came to the door and they left without getting out of vehicle. I Ran out to mailbox trying to chase them down. Not sure why they left I called them as fast I could.. finally on 3rd call they answered. With bad attitudes they turned around and came back to do the service. They said there wasn’t anything wrong with a pipe in my wall. Even though they didn’t attempt any kind of inspection. The dry wall is literally bowing out and carpet is moldy dark colored from the leaky pipe. Refused to take pictures. Left with in 5 mins and now I am out money on the home warranty fee. Nothing dynamic about this company!

Called on Wednesday to get Air Conditioning fixed. They said they had to order compressor. It would be fixed by Thursday. Thursday I was told part didnt come in but that it was ordered from a place in Roswell and the part was there and it would be fixed by Friday morning. Waited all day Friday. No show no call. Called the tech he answered and hung up on me. Called the shop they said they would find out what was going on and get back to me. They stopped answering phone and never got in touch with me. I contacted owner who said he would get right on it make a game plan first thing Saturday morning. it is 6:15 Saturday night and I have heard nothing from owner and still have no Air conditioning.
