I would recommend them for plumbing but I DO NOT recommend their HVAC services. My main sewer line plugged up & my heater went out at the same time on a Friday. I thought i would use Coats Plumbing And HVAC for both. They did great unplugging the sewer but not so great for the heater. The heater tech told me here replaced a part, explained what the part was and how it worked. I made a statement that it wouldn't be a problem since he put a new part on. He said yes, with the new part it shouldn't have any more problems. When it cooled off enough for the heater to come on later that night it was again blowing cold air. It was after 5pm & they we... I told them it should be free since it wasn't fixed the first time & I'd get a lawyer if they wanted to charge again. There was not a 2nd charge after all. The next day the original tech & his manager came. His manager said the part was never replaced but he would order it & replace it free of charge. I asked why the tech said he replaced it when he didn't. His comment was he wasn't going to get into what was said. They got the heater working & came back last Friday to replace the part. I asked for the part they replaced & asked the tech why he originally told me he replaced the part when he didn't. He said he never told me that. Here it is Monday again & the heater is blowing cold air again. I called another company to repair it this time.

This review is for Coats Plumbing Service to change valves, supply lines and faucets throughout the house. Eddy came out and did an estimate prior; he was friendly, informative and professional. I had questions and concerns regarding the estimate and price. Eddy was happy to return my call and answer my questions. I sincerely appreciate and respect their willingness to suggest cost-saving measures and work with me on price. I would have gone elsewhere if they had not. Brandi in the office, was pleasant and responsive; she provided great customer service. I was extremely pleased with Eddy, Brian and Tony who performed the work. They were...
