Mine and my sons central heat and ac units went out at the same time. They came out and gave me an estimate and with in a couple of days they had installed both units and we were all Joyce and cool. Had an issue with my unit after a couple of days, called the office and was getting a call from one of the tech in less than 30 min he was at the house and he ac was working again. Awesome people and amazing work ethics. Will use them for all of our ac needs
Had an AC unit making some noise, Carter's came out the same day, diagnosed and repaired the unit, provided recommendations for self maintenance on all my systems. Professional and kind service. Highly recommend
Carter gave us an estimate for a new AC unit and the price was great. The crew showed up and removed the old swamp cooler unit and did a new install for central air and these guys are very clean, respectful and quick. Even worked in the rain for a bit to make sure they got everything done. Highly recommended. And their service technicians are amazing as well. Steve DF Ranch
