I was immediately greeted with a friendly, courteous attitude, quite refreshing. We have used Forrest Tire for 20 years or more. Always positive atmosphere Recently had low tire pressure indicated for 2 weeks. Tire didn’t look low. Thought was faulty reading. They checked System, showed working properly. It turned out to be a screw in the tire. Thankfully, they fixed it quick.
They got me in right away with a tire slowly going flat. They fixed valve stem and sent me down the road in under an hour. Friendly service. Spacious waiting area, clean and comfortable.
Service rep was honest and didn’t try to upsell (beyond reasonable). Service rep was forthcoming and answered all questions professionally and without unnecessary terminology. Techs had new tires installed in roughly an hour which was the time the Service rep quoted. Overall a very pleasant experience will definitely be returning for future business.
Took my personal truck in for tire balance amd rotation. My work truck, they scratched the wheel caps because they flip them upside down and put the lug nuts inside them and scratch the caps on the concrete floor. I thoug I'd give a local shop another shot. I asked them this time on my new personal truck to be careful. Nope. They scratched them again. These caps are nice and expensive. They don't care. Plus, they didn't adjust the air pressures to the new tire locations. I had to do it myself. Just like on my work truck. Should have just done the rotating myself. I will from now on. I didn't even bother with them. They didn't listen this time or last time.
Great staff and excellent customer service. Love the new Cooper tires. Appreciate you all for the work you're doing. Best place, hands down. Thank you. Gonna need rims later. Get them here too.
