Carlsbad Heating & Cooling

Ive waited 4 months to write this review. We called and bought a heating/cooling unit back in June/July. Gave 50% deposit and we're told we had to hire our own roofers, electricians, and plumbers, which we did. However getting everyone on the same page was a pain. Fast forward to installation day, which was delayed twice due to a death in the family, or family emergency, both of which are understandable. The crane operator, or the truck driver backed into my mom's shed. Granted its nothing great, but the cost to replace it is no small amount, and repairing it is not feasible as it separated from its foundation and buckled the wall/door frame. She has contacted Marcus or the office numerous times and has been told they are going to come out and repair it. Nothing has been done in 3 months. Now, the installation seems to be fairly well done, and the unit functions as it should. Update: Shed was repaired in December.

The guys did a fantastic job. On time, friendly and professional. They had some very good recommendations for upgrading the air-conditioning unit, which I followed up on. I would highly recommend Marcus and his helper any time. Great people and great service ! Will definitely call them for any future issues. I called them another time, for a completely different issue. This time some wires had shorted out. And had had arced out on the copper tabbing that held the coolant. This caused the coolant to completely leak out. Marcus came out on a Saturday morning and repaired it all in about an hour and a half by himself. He did a great job.
