Central One did a great job! Carl, the technician, diagnosed our problem with the dryer quickly. It did not take him long to repair it. Carl let us know the day & time he would come. He was very professional and we will use Central One again.
Brain was wonderful! He arrived within the time frame, quickly diagnosed the problem with my fridge, and had it repaired in 30 minutes! He was super nice and professional!!! I highly recommend Central One Service!

I had a great experience with the technician, Brian. He was punctual and super knowledgeable, quickly identifying that my dishwasher was beyond repair. It’s a relief to work with someone who clearly knows their stuff and doesn't waste time. My only feedback is regarding the flat $139 service fee ($150 with tax). Since Brian was so expert that he didn't even have to take anything apart to find the issue, $150 felt a bit high just for the diagnosis. I’d love to see a lower "quick look" rate (maybe $75) for cases like this. Overall, the service quality was excellent. If you want an honest, pro technician, definitely ask for Brian!
Safe and professional! Appointment was next day, I was communicated with about my appointment and they provided a picture of the technician. He came in, communicated the issue with my dryer and repaired it in about 30 minutes. Much cheaper than buying a new unit! Thank you!
