Don't be mistaken with the 4+ star ratings. I was clearly fooled. I had to get the usb port replaced of my pixel 3xl phone and the first time I went they replaced with a defective port which they said is new and I was charged with $80. When I checked it I informed the guy in the shop and he said the guy who worked on it had left for the day and asked me to get it next day. The second visit he said he will order a new one and check again. But he said would charge me another $50 for that. I wondered what all that 90 day warranty meant? I told I won't pay for something that you did not even fix and then he agreed to fix it with no extra charge.... Don't be mistaken with the 4+ star ratings. I was clearly fooled. I go to get it fixed on 3rd visit and then I see my phone not in a good condition - cracked tempered glass, back panel not fixed well. I was actually supposed to pick up the phone the prev day but the next day I see my phone in this condition (as shown in picture). The port is not even working putting and I am obviously sad to see my phone in that condition and i brought that up saying I see scratches and stuff but he was extremely impolite and rude. I just walked off.
