They have an AI answering service that's really off-putting. I'd prefer you tell me up front instead of letting me think I'm talking to a real person. After hanging up on the AI voice, I got a call back from Cory. He was super helpful and accommodating. The price I was charged to have vehicle keys made was half the rate of a competitor. I plan to use them again.

The customer reviews and business history seemed great. I attempted to engage DR Locksmith for an auto key replacement, and I was met with an Artificial Intelligence dispatcher with male southern dialect realism. This virtual assistant did not disclose its nature until I realized that my unique circumstances could not be answered and I asked it how the responses it was providing were so polished and robotic. I have no problem with outsourcing dispatchers or robo phone trees. I take great issue with the lack of disclosure.
