I had to put this review. I assigned this guys yesterday for my commercial property, and Derick, the technician, said he will be visiting this property today in the morning. Since morning I have been trying to call Derick but did not received and when I called him from another number and told him it's me. He said he dont wanna work and hung up on my face. Is it a professional behaviour? You guys could have informed me earlier. Now, how am I gonna explain it to the management? They said the charge is $35 for the service call fee to come. I also agreed to that. But why did you guys do that?

I just went in to get a key copied and was very impressed with the service. The locksmith was very professional and did an excellent job. Another customer came in needing several services and the locksmith showed that he was very knowledgeable and handled his needs and gave some insights on options. If you need one of the newer car keys, I saw that they have the equipment to program them (you can't just copy the physical key any more) and, although I wasn't getting a car key on this trip, I suspect they charge a lot less than the car dealerships. It's worth checking out.
