When I say if you’re looking for beyond great service look no further. Chance is the man on the job and will guarantee to get you right. No worries of someone giving up on you because chance will make sure he solved the problem. Nobody knew what it was but now the job is complete. When I say blessed by the best. I wanted to blow you away with an awesome review...but I can't. All I can say is read all the bad reviews as they mirror my experience and were possibly countered by friends/family input. Red flags...Company appears to be large and reputable however there is no ACTUAL real address shows a HOSPICE bldg. Research yourself. Initially I spoke with a person called Nathaniel but he has since disappeared. NOT a BBB accredited company. Yelp also has reviews. 24/7 is very funny, as communication is handled primarily thru text and that includes the CUSTOMER SERVICE dept. All other departments you have to or can leave a message. Chance appears to be the only person that you can communicate with SOMETIMES and again mainly thru text. Chance will probably respond and want to call out names but the proof is I called in June and it is now October and my car still sits in my front yard..tell me that is not faith, trust and patience. The initial call assured me they worked on Smart Cars and it could be fixed...but one thing always led to another and the constant feeling that I was not a priority in scheduling got very discouraging. I wanted to believe but now all I can say is BEWARE as Chance may be in over his head and you may be in for a LONG RIDE. Check all reviews on multiple sites.
Chance was very awesome. He answered all my calls and came and did a wonderful job on my car. I will definitely use smart bubble again
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Absolutely wonderful company and team!! Someone hit my friend's side mirror at our apartment complex near West Little Rock. The back was cracked and front part was hanging down so I had to tie it with whatever I had to help them! It was parked for a while because it couldn't be driven like that. He spoke with a couple people on the Smart Bubble team after searching for somewhere that would be able to help. They got it repaired and looking brand new within a couple of days. The part came so fast and everyone we worked with was super kind - especially Chance! Highly recommend using this business for your needs! I will definitely be contacting them if anything happens once I have my own vehicle & AR license! :)
Chance was a wonderful mechanic who responded promptly, with forthright communication and transparency about what total repairs I needed. He gave me bodywork, and replaced my lower control arm, and inner tie rod all within an hour each time he came through! Very grateful for his work and deeply appreciate him’!
