This is solely for the service department. For 3 weeks all I heard was "David has not figured out what the problem is yet". So my patience ran out and found another diesel mechanic that would actually look at it today to figure out what the problem is. For three weeks all carlsbad tate branch did was move the jeep from one parking spot to another, and yes David that is why I picked my jeep up today. Perhaps next time a customer purchases a vehicle from yall and three days later a knocking sound starts in the engine. Here is a wild and crazy idea. Actually look at the vehicle to actually figure out what the problem is, and actually communicate with the customer. Instead of going around the corner and talking shit because you never actually got around to looking at the vehicle.
