Ashley Store

I came in about 8 weeks ago looking for a new loveseat because mine was shot after 5 yrs but my couch was just fine , Caitlin was the Sales Lady she was great!! Couldn’t find what I wanted so they recommended the old Conlins Store they apparently took over went there and was treated very unprofessional they rolled there eyes at me and didn’t seem to want to deal with me , I looked o. Line and found something similar to what I had went back to Ashley and spoke with Caitlin and she found exactly what I was looking for and we ordered it and it took 3 weeks but I’m so Happy with what I received it couldn’t be any closer to what I have I have used Ashley for a lot of years but was very disappointed as to how I was treated at the Old Conlins Store!🥲

Our sales person Michelle was great from start to finish. She made sure the bed got delivered on time and old bed was picked up as well. She was kind, thorough and caring. And also helpful when two days later we needed a service guy to come out and fix adjustable leg that either had a malfunction, or there was an error. Service guy was polite, friendly and solved the issue. Delivery guys were polite and friendly. Love our new bed, super comfortable, the lumbar is great. Love the color of the frame and headboard as well.
