The technician reached out an hour into my appointment window and we discussed that I live on base and how to get base access. Chris said he was in town and headed my way. 2 and a half hours into my appointment window I called him for a status update and he acted like he had sent me a text message. 15 minutes later I got a text that he wasn't coming because he didn't go onto the bases. I understand some folks don't come on bases and would have been ok if he had been up front about that. However ghosting me for hours rather than stating up front that he wasn't coming is unprofessional and a waste of my time. I recommend reaching out during business hours to verify they're willing to service your area
