I text messaged them and ask for a evaluation, they said $100 plus parts. I looked around & that is at or Below market value. They exceeded expectations by coming early, knowing exactly how to check my dryer, Showing me the problem & proving it was the issue, having the part with them, charging me basically online price for having the right part in hand. The GOODMANs are the best! They were 15 minutes early for our appointment. Friendly, perfect communication, and was able diagnose my washers problem immediately. They did a full examination and found other hidden problems. Suggested a washer replacement instead of repairing as the repairs would cost as much as a new washer. Could have charged us for the repair knowing it would have more problems, but didn’t. Also, they didn’t charge me for the service callout and diagnosis! Awesome honest people! Please give them a try if you have any repair needs, you will not be disappointed.
The reviews are accurate. Brian and Nani are the best team ever! Our dryer popped and then wouldn't stay on. I text the situation and within two hours had the next day appointment scheduled. They even changed the time to allow our family to make it to our daughter's basketball game. The cost was a flat rate of $205 like the message said and the cost of parts. They fixed the problem in 15 minutes! Wow! Super Grateful! 🙏 💞
Brian & Nani the co-owners of Goodwin Appliance Washer and Dryer Repair are absolutely amazing! It's not often you find a company that is as responsible, knowledgeable, and abundantly fair. We've had the pleasure over the past 10 years to have them come out and service our LG washer and dryer. I cannot sing their praises high enough. When our dryer wasn't starting because I thought it was the door switch, they came out and determined it was the hinges. The parts are no longer stocked and Brian did his best to bend them back into place. They did this for us complimentary (no charge). I give them our highest recommendations call them now you w...
