The delivery app gives a very detailed timeline for planning the arrival of the appliance. If you live in a condo, this is important when trying to coordinate the elevator usage. The team of delivery experts are very courteous and have a lot of experience which shows in how efficiently they installed the new appliance. I look forward to working with this team again.
The installation was quick and efficient. The repairmen were very courteous and quick and demonstrated the washer by running a short wash and making sure I understood the set up- including one setting that needs investigating the manual for using. I recommend the service. From original contact to finished product there was only satisfaction. I recommend them.
Lance and his team at Pacific appliance group provided great customer service from the first phone call to our purchase and installation of a brand new washer dryer. Highly knowledgeable, very professional and competitively priced. I would use them any day versus a big box brand that leaves you with nowhere to go if something goes wrong. As a property manager, I purchase a high volume of appliances. We used to rely on a big box store, but Pacific Appliance’s pricing is so competitive that I’ve switched nearly all of my purchases to them. Scot is fantastic to work with. He responds quickly — even on weekends — and usually sends options within the hour. Having a dedicated rep I can text who handles everything efficiently is invaluable. Their in-stock inventory is excellent, which matters in Hawaii. I don’t have to wait weeks for a range or refrigerator to ship across the ocean. Delivery is smooth and well-organized. I receive a small (usually two-hour) delivery window, real-time tracking throughout the day, and a 30-minute heads-up before arrival so I can coordinate maintenance. Even when challenges come up, their delivery team is professional and accommodating. I once had a refrigerator that barely fit through a doorway — they removed doors and handles and got it installed without a single complaint. In Hawaii, service matters — and Pacific Appliance delivers it with aloha. Highly recommend.
Our refrigerator broke, so we rushed to the "big box" stores - not knowing that PAG existed. We got our fridge, "delivery & haul away" - but with a scratch on our wood floor. Poor INSTALL. Searching the web - found PAG. Warm greeting from Reba, who helped us find the perfect PET PRO washer/dryer! After meticulously comparing other stores and the prior bad experience - We're happy to have selected PAG! Arvin & Kaison did a fabulous job of surveying the area and confirming each step of the install. Their confidence and expertise with the install was outstanding. They worked tirelessly as a TEAM and insured that no damage occurred! Amazing how Arvin could prep the new appliance, while Kaison removed the old/then return to assist with the setup. "delivery, INSTALL, haul away" - the way it should be done! As Arvin said: "install was a piece of PAG art work". Will definitely return if/when our other appliances fail.
