What do you want in a repair shop? integrity. efficiency. easy to work with. that's what I got. I no longer trust the dealer...their tech said brakes were at 2mm but I had a funny feeling about it. So I took to Sumida, and they measured it at 6mm. Just one example. I would go back here for future maintenance and repairs. No question!
Came thru last minute for a safety inspection, wasn't a problem. In and out in no time. Staff was very helpful, and professional. I'll Def refer this place to fam and friends.
I would give Sumida’s 10++++++ stars if I could! My 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 had a check engine light on and was rattling, so I took it to Sumida’s. They took my car in right away and even helped me realize that my vehicle was still under warranty. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service and aloha!
