Our 2017 Porsche Macan was having issues with a warning message regarding the fuel system. Several warnings happened over a span of 6 months. This last time I took the car into BME, the mechanic asked if he could use the car for a week or two to understand when and why the warnings came up since in prior appointments BME could not find anything wrong. They tested the car, drove the car and went above and beyond to try to get to the bottom of the issue. They have a theory of what was going on and assured us the car is safe to drive and to bring in the car if the warning message comes up. Dealing with BME even with a car repair issue is refreshing. You feel like they really care about you and the car. I would recommend BME to anyone.

We brought our BMW to BME since we moved here over 4 years ago and the only reason we are stopping is because we are moving off Island. They are above and beyond helpful and have been that way since day 1. They have always talked to us with honesty and respect. I would recommend this shop every time to any one.
