This is a true third generation family owned company located in Oregon City. We’re super impressed with Ben’s — the whole team is great. Tim is a pleasure to work with. He has all the knowledge and experience to get any HVAC system repaired, maintained, and replaced. I highly recommend this company.
Joe arrived within 30 minutes of my phone call to Ben's. Got us up and running again quickly. He provided us with options to consider about our 15 or old furnace. Delighted with Joe and the lady who dispatched him!
My furnace stopped working just before Christmas; had little hope of getting help two days from the holiday, but they got a great tech out twice within the same week for service and follow-up. He was great! It did need a couple of not-cheap new parts, but way cheaper than furnace replacement which wasn't needed! And they lent me space heaters for the time it took
